How it works

Three steps, then it runs itself

You add work. FlexCal finds the time. Your calendar stays true.

1

Add a task

Write report #work p1 by Friday for 2h — project, priority, deadline and duration in one line. Or fill in the form.

2

Watch it land

Within seconds a real event appears in Google Calendar, in free time inside your working hours, before the deadline, never over a meeting.

3

Let life happen

A new meeting drops on your work block? FlexCal notices and quietly moves the block somewhere better. Every 15 minutes, always.

Features

Small extension. Serious scheduler.

Behind the side panel is a constraint solver that treats your week as a puzzle and solves it in seconds.

Smart placement

Tasks are packed into free slots by priority and deadline, split into chunks when you allow it.

Auto-reschedule

Your calendar is synced every 15 minutes and the plan is re-solved around whatever changed.

Habits

"Run 3× a week, mornings." Routines get their own green blocks, even outside working hours.

Pin what matters

Move an event in Google Calendar, or tap the pin, and FlexCal treats it as immovable.

Projects, labels, sub-tasks

Todoist-style organisation with #project, @label and p1–p4 priorities.

Work and personal time

Errands land in the evening, deep work in the day. Each task picks its window.

Overdue rescue

Missed a deadline? The task isn't dropped. It's rescheduled as soon as possible and clearly flagged.

Stats and morning digest

Task hours vs meetings vs habits, day by day, plus one notification each morning with what's on.

FAQ

Good questions

Does FlexCal move my meetings?

Never. Anything it didn't create is read-only. It only creates, moves and deletes its own blocks, which are prefixed [AI] so you always know which is which.

What if there's genuinely no room?

The task is marked at risk so you can decide: shorten it, split it, extend the deadline, or drop something else. Nothing silently disappears.

Two tasks, one free hour. Who wins?

The higher priority. Ties break toward the earlier deadline, then the earlier slot.

What does FlexCal see in my calendar?

The start, end and title of your events, used only to find free time. It asks for the Google Calendar events scope and your email address, nothing more. See the privacy policy.

Do I need an account?

Only your Google sign-in. There's no separate signup, password or profile to manage.

Stop scheduling. Start finishing.

Your week, planned by a solver that never gets tired of replanning it.
